Accommodations:

We will be staying in a private cabin at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch Family Resort. Snow Mountain Ranch sits on a stunning 5,100 acres of rolling meadows, aspens, and spruce forest and is both a relaxing family retreat and a popular outdoor playground in the heart of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. In addition to their world-class Nordic Center with 82.5km of groomed trails, they offer dozens of complimentary activities and events every day of the year, and a spectacular alpine setting next to Winter Park ski resort.

Our 8-bedroom, 8.5 bathroom cabin can comfortably accommodate 16 participants. It features 7 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each, and 1 bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The cabin features an expansive living room and dining room, full-size kitchen, TV, fireplace, and outdoor fire ring and porch — perfect for enjoying beautiful Rocky Mountain views. We’ll be cooking up delicious family-style meals together each day, but if you’d like, there are a number of dining options available at Snow Mountain Ranch.Ā

Married couples will be housed together, and everyone else will be paired with a roommate of the same gender. If you would prefer, you may reserve a single-occupancy room for an additional $402. Linens are provided.

The cabin will be our home base for the weekend and is within walking distance of most of our activities for the weekend! Plan to prepare delicious meals together, enjoy each other’s company over games and hot cocoa, and take in the breathtaking scenery right outside our door!
